1976 Bronze sculpture by PNW Artist Ken Patecky. The bottom of the sculpture reads "K. PATECKY 1976" and "BRONZ DANCER #176-s". She is small but mighty, standing approximately 12" H, including the wood base. The two-tier wood base is approximately 3" H, and measures 5" x 5 1/2" W. The City of Lake Oswego, OR, has one of his pieces on permanent display. According to their website he was raised in Portland and is the son of well-known artists (Blanche and Albert Patecky). He studied architecture at the University of Oregon and art at Portland State University, (PSU), receiving a degree in humanities from PSU. After college he worked as a draftsman for City of Portland. During the 1970’s he taught sculpture at Portland Community College. Now is your chance to own an original piece of artwork.
