1971 Bennett Welsh for Pacific Stoneware vase. It measures approximately 5" tall by 5" wide. It features moody blue, grey and tan tones. There are no visible chips or cracks. Bennett Welsh was a potter in the PNW (specifically Portland, Oregon area) for over 50 years. This would be a great piece to add to a collection.
